1. Purpose of the Application
Single Games Arena is a platform for individual games, such as 2048, 2048 Chrono, and other games developed directly by the Developer. The Application allows you to save personal scores and organize competitions between users, always without chat or messaging functionalities.
2. Registration and Access
To use the Application, it is necessary to register using a Google, Apple, Facebook, or Microsoft account. Your profile information is used to identify you and save your scores.
The Application is available to anyone, without a specific minimum age, although since it includes third-party advertising, use from the age of 13 is recommended.
3. Rules of Use
- Do not use the Application for illegal purposes or to harass, defame, or annoy other users.
- Do not manipulate scores through cheats, bots, or other unauthorized means.
- Do not create competitions with offensive or illegal names, or names that infringe on the rights of third parties.
4. Intellectual Property
All games and content in the Application are the exclusive property of the Developer.
The names of competitions created by users remain the responsibility of the person who generates them. The Developer is not responsible for possible copyright infringements or misuse of such names.
The user grants the Developer a non-exclusive and free license to use the names of competitions created for promotion and communication purposes, without revealing personal data of the users.
5. Personal Data and Privacy
The collection and processing of personal data is regulated in the independent Privacy Policy, which the user must read and accept.
6. Responsibility and Limitations
The Application is offered "as is", without warranties of any kind. The Developer will not be responsible for technical failures, loss of data, or service interruptions.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. In case of conflict, the parties expressly submit to the courts of Madrid, Spain.
